Greeting friends and yogis alike! With an endeavour to raise awareness and funds for Arid Recovery Homes, I will be hosting a donation based Yoga class in liaison with the Lululemon Ambassadors of Western Ontario. This special event will be taking place at Bridgewater Yoga studio in Niagara Falls, ON, on Sunday December 4th, 2022.

I will be leading the class in the studio, so if you would like to participate in an hour of mindfulness and contribute to an organization that stands for healing, please register through the link below.
